Nivoro Marketing
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Nivoro Marketing collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 31 October 2026.
Who we are
Nivoro Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in Scotland, company number SC907659, is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at jacques@nivoro.co.uk.
What we collect
From our forms on Facebook and Instagram, and on this website: your name, work email, phone number, company name, your role, your company’s approximate yearly sales, whether your company runs Facebook, Instagram or Google ads or works on its Google rankings, and the town of your head office.
When you talk to us: what you tell us by phone, email or video call, and notes of those conversations.
When you use this website: basic technical data such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies for analytics.
Why we use it
We use it to contact you about the cost of sale report and the research interview you asked about, and to talk to you about the marketing services we offer if you’ve asked about them or they’re relevant to your enquiry.
We keep a record of our conversations so we don’t contact you about things you’ve said no to.
We also use it to measure how well our adverts work. We send Meta a record of which enquiries go on to a conversation or a sale, so its system learns which adverts work.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and promoting our services to businesses, balanced against your rights. You can object at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, under their own data protection terms: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), our CRM and email providers, and Google for website analytics.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then we delete them. If you become a client, we keep what our contract and tax law require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, to stop using it to contact you about our services (we’ll stop straight away), or to restrict or object to how we use it.
Email jacques@nivoro.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
