How we got a tree surgeon
£12k in sales
We rebuilt Gillon's website first, then ran a Facebook ad for each job, with his starting price on the hedge and tree removal pictures.

The lead tracker we share with Gillon, read on 25 October 2026. Spend on this page is Facebook's own figure for our campaign, £1,643.16, a little more than the £1,591 shown here.
Staleys Tree Solutions is Gillon's tree surgery business at Old Plean, Stirling, set up in 2022. He started with us in February 2026 on local SEO, which we run as Local SEO by Rank on Google, and he told us what he was after: "I just wanna have more work rolling in more regular"
In May 2026 we rebuilt his website, and on 9 July his Facebook ads went live. To 25 October we've spent £1,643.16 on them, and 12 jobs from those leads have sold, worth £12,125. That's £7.38 of work sold for every £1 of ads.
Where Gillon started
In April 2026 Gillon was running ads of his own, getting clicks and no enquiries. On 6 May his old website, from a web firm he'd paid for 23 or more pages, was up with no design on it at all.
What we did
The website first
We rebuilt his site from 6 May and had it on staleystreesolutions.com by early June: a page for each service, pages for Stirling, Falkirk and Bridge of Allan, and one enquiry form behind every button.
An ad for each job
His Facebook ads went live on 9 July 2026 around Stirling at £10 a day, with an ad for each job, from hedge removal to big tree removal. On 12 August the budget went to £20 a day.
The price on the picture
On 22 September we put the starting price on the hedge and tree removal pictures and widened the area to 20 miles round Stirling. From then to 25 October a lead cost £21.54, against £44.24 before.
One tracker for the leads
The leads land on a tracker we share with Gillon, marked with what happened and what each job sold for. We judge the ads on the work sold there.

Gillon went to see that first lead the day after it came in: "Yes I got them. I'm off to see it today. It's a wee site clearance so it's starting to come"
In February he asked for more work rolling in more regularly. Since the ads went live, leads have come in at 2 in July, 14 in August, 18 in September and 17 in October to the 25th.
