How we got a window installer

£108k in sales

We put Tony's own prices in his Facebook ads and wired his sales sheet back to Facebook, so the ads are judged on the jobs that sell.

Eco Glaze Scotland sells and fits windows and doors, and the jobs on this page run from Perth and Dundee down to Glasgow. We took on Tony's Facebook ads in June 2026, and he wanted one thing from them: to see which lead booked and which one sold.

From 21 June to 24 October 2026 we spent £8,148.47 on those ads. On Tony's own sheet, 26 of the leads they brought in became sold jobs, worth £108,340. That's £13.30 of sold work for every £1 of ads, and £313.40 of ads behind each sale.

What we did

Start small, then scale

We went live on 21 June 2026 with one campaign at £15 a day around Dundee and Perth. On 13 August we added Glasgow. On 2 October we opened a second campaign to test 20 new ads, and by 8 October we were spending £225 a day across the two.

Every lead on his sheet

Each lead goes onto its own tab on Tony's sheet, with an email to him and one to the customer, and it's marked booked, quoted or sold as it moves. That sheet is the scoreboard.

Ads built on his own prices

We built ads around the prices on Tony's own price list, so the people enquiring from them have already seen what the job costs.

Facebook sees the sales

Since 8 October, when a lead is marked booked, quoted or sold on his sheet, that goes back to Facebook. So it can tell a lead that bought from one that only filled in a form.

First sale

36 days after the first ad

The first sale came on 27 July 2026. Tony's message that day: "First sale in today mate"

17 of the 26 jobs, worth £82,740, came from Dundee, Perth, Fife and Edinburgh postcodes. The other 9, worth £25,600, came from Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Renfrewshire, where the ads started on 13 August.

The big jobs came through too. 8 of the 26 started as enquiries for five or more windows, and those 8 sold for £49,150.

Tony's own report for August 2026, which counts the sales made in the month, put 10 sales and £40,680 on our ads' line.

In June, Tony wanted to see which lead booked and which one sold. On 25 October he sent us the answer himself: "£108,340 total"
